Hebei Xintian Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. in China is a manufacturer of woodworking dust collectors. At present, we have designed and built many large and medium-sized dust removal equipment for many cement plants, steel industry, and woodworking factories.
As a trader of woodworking dust collectors, we take service as our purpose, product quality first, and reputation first as our principle.
Woodworking dust collectors are mainly composed of pipeline systems, fan systems, and filtration systems. Its structural distribution and principles are as follows:
- Structural distribution:
- Woodworking dust collector pipeline system: used to connect woodworking machinery and filtration systems, so that dust-containing gas can be smoothly transported from woodworking machinery to the filtration system for purification.
- Woodworking dust collector fan system: provides power for the flow of dust-containing gas, so that the pipeline system generates negative pressure, thereby sucking dust-containing gas into the dust collector.
- Woodworking dust collector filtration system: usually composed of multiple filter bags, which are used to filter dust particles in dust-containing gas. The material and pore size of the filter bag will be selected according to the nature and particle size of the dust to ensure the filtration effect.
- Woodworking dust collector cleaning system: used to remove dust accumulated on the filter bag to ensure the normal operation of the filtration system. The cleaning system usually uses pulse jetting, mechanical vibration or backblowing to clean the dust.
- Woodworking dust collector control system: used to control the operation of the woodworking dust collector, including the start and stop of the fan, the timing control of the cleaning system, etc.
- Woodworking dust collector ash storage system: used to collect and store the filtered dust for subsequent treatment or recycling.
- Working principle of woodworking dust collector: Under the action of the fan, the dust-laden gas enters the filtration system through the pipeline system. In the filtration system, the dust particles are blocked by the filter bag and attached to its surface, while the clean gas enters the exhaust chamber through the filter bag and is discharged. As the filtration time increases, the dust on the surface of the filter bag will gradually increase, resulting in an increase in system resistance. At this time, the cleaning system will automatically start to clean the filter bag, remove the dust attached to its surface, and restore its filtering function. The cleaned dust will fall into the ash storage system and be cleaned and processed regularly.
